ClickGUARD Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the ClickGUARD Affiliate Program, you agree to the followingterms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be current customers of ClickGUARD or approved noncustomers.
  
• Affiliates must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on all referred sales for the first 24months of duration of the referred account, or up until the account’ssubscription is cancelled.
  
• Commissions will be calculated based on the gross sale amount, excludingchargebacks.

3. Per trial sign-up rewards

• Affiliates will also be entitled to a one-off $7 for every referred user that signsup for a trial, even if they do not convert to a sale.
  

4. Cookie Lifespan

• Referral cookies have a lifespan of 60 days. Commissions will only be creditedfor sales made within this timeframe.
  

5. Payouts

• Payouts will be made on a monthly basis via Paypal, and sent out on the 18thof every month.
  
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date paymentinformation.
  

6. High Performer Bonus

• Affiliates who generate more than $10,000 in annual revenue from customers with more than $500,000 in ad spend will receive a one-time $1000 bonus.
  
• ClickGUARD reserves the right to verify sales and disqualify any fraudulent orineligible transactions.
  

7. Limitations

You are welcome to promote ClickGUARD with any transparent strategy thataligns with our core values, except for the following:

❌Run online paid ads on behalf of ClickGUARD that drive direct traffic to theClickGUARD website: Google ads, Meta ads, Bing ads, etc.*

❌ Modify ClickGUARD’s logos, banners, or colors.

❌ Offer unofficial discounts or coupons

❌ Misrepresent our name and/or product to attract leads

❌ Represent or speak on behalf of ClickGUARD.

* Note:
You can leverage online ads as long as you drive traffic to your own onlinechannels such as a website, YouTube channel, etc. Remember, you are not toutilize the ClickGUARD brand name or the term “click fraud” on your adcampaigns.

8. Termination

• ClickGUARD reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any timefor violation of these terms and conditions.
  
• ClickGUARD reserves the right to verify sales and disqualify any fraudulent orineligible transactions.
  

9. Modifications

• ClickGUARD reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of theAffiliate Program at any time.
  
• Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation impliesacceptance of the modified terms.
